Step 1

Our system heats water to over 200 degrees before it is pumped through a rotating surface cleaner that acts like a whirlwind of power washers.

Around the perimeter of this surface cleaner there are vacuum ports where the dirty water is sucked back into the trailer unit for filtering.

Step 2

Once the water reaches the trailer it runs through a sludge filter and settling tank that allow any large particles to drop out of the water flow.

Step 3

The water then leaves the sludge tank making its way into the oil water separator. Then it is squeezed through a bank of filters that remove any dirt that is still left in the mix.

Step 4

After going through the filters the now clean water is pumped back into the float tank and is reused in the pressure cleaning process!
